Shipping Policy

Free delivery on all orders.
For every order of PKR 6,000 or above, 50% advance payment is necessary for order confirmation.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Incase of self collection or any address where we think that the courier network is not available we demand for advance payment.
We offer [COD] Cash on Delivery and Direct Bank transfer.
Order delivery time is 4 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). However delivery can take up to 8 working days during sales.
Once the order has been processed you will receive an email with order reference number.
KEI WEAR. has the right to cancel the order if the items are out of stock.

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:
Open a support ticket within 2 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for sending the product back to our warehouse. Please include the original packing slip with the returned item. Note: You will bare the expenses of returning that item.
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you have a change of mind after placing your order or if the product meets the specifications you provided during the order process.
Mistaken Orders: We do not accept returns for orders placed by mistake. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.
